Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC2500
Hello
We are investigating an performance issue in our design. To ensure that we have control over the losses on our PCB we are now investigating the applied matching network.
When reading the CC2520 data-sheet and section 9.1 it is stated that the RF input impedance is high. We would like to get a feeling of the value for the input impedance.
Another person of our development engineers are referring to your data-sheet CC2500 for input impedance were you state an impedance of 80+J75 OHMs. Can we use this value for the CC2520-circuit?
To my experience in the field of RF this is usually not seen as a high impedance. Hence our question about getting a feeling of the input impedance.
Right now we can’t back track our college’s statement, which of course we apologize for, sorry.
Again we would very much appreciate some kind of rule of thumb value from you related to the statement in section 9.1 of the CC2520-data-sheet, please.
Best Regards
