CC2652R: The end device can not rejoin router network after reset when using Install Code

Hi team ，

 

        We are using SDK3.4 Z-stack to develop. We found that the end device which using install code can not join the network after reseting (It can join the network previously). However when using SDK3.3 Z-stack with the same software & hardware. The end devece can rejoin the network after reseting. Can you help clarify why does this happen?  Thank you ! 

         And there are the printf information when using both SDK.
