Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA836, LM22680

I am trying to save board space by using a good amplifier to be used as a microphone preamplifier and a filter.  I ran some specifications through FilterPro and came up the attached design pdf.  My initial tests using an OPA836 did not work out so well.  Is there another part that you would recommend.  The OPA836 had too much THD+N at low signal levels, <30mVrms.  Thank you for your help.
