Class D Audio Amplifier

I am working on designing a Class D Audio Amplifier of around 25-50W. Can anyone guide me by giving a step by step procedure in terms of which I can break this undertaking into modules and start working on each module?

Unfortunately, we don't have the step-by-step information for the design of a new class-D audio amplifier. You may find this document useful, there you can find brief class-D design considerations.
