I'm curious to figure out the maximum output voltage of TPA2005D1? If my VDD=3.6v with single ended input, I'm assuming the maxim output should be less than 3.6V, but precisely?And what's the maximum Peak to Peak output voltage without damping the signal?

I tried to run simulation, and it seems the maximum output signal voltage is less than 2V (RL=8ohm for simplified speaker model)

Hi Lian

Sorry for the delay, I have performed a test with the following characteristics Vdd=3.6V, RL=8Ω and THD+N=10% and I got VRMS=2.3V and Vpp=6.6V measured differentially. THD+N=10% indicates the maximum output signal higher THD+N the output signal would get distortion.

It sounds the maximum output voltage of TPA2005D1 can be close to VDD.
