Hi Jim,
There are different ways to metric the thermal performance on a device. All of thermal info for this device is listed in Table 6.4 in the TPA3132D2 datasheet. Please also find more info about thermal metrics in this document www.ti.com/.../spra953c.pdf

Hi Jim,
I'm sorry we don't have this data. Generally the thermal info in the datasheet only gives a rough reference to user but not accurate calculation, because it depends on the measurement system very much. Why don't you use psi-JB and psi-JT data in the thermal info table?
