LBIST covers following digital core functions:
- Analog comparators de-glitch functions
- DFT logic (registers and IO MUX structures)
- WD function
- EN_DRV function
- ERROR pin monitoring function
- EEPROM controller
- EEPROM CRC check function
- Safety related functional registers
- Digital Diagnostic MUX logic

Please confirm above my answer about covered functions are correct or not.
Q2:
Please explain the test sequence of each functions, for example test DMUX function at first, and test WD function next, and test xx function, …….
(Please explain using flow chart like figure 5-4 Analog BIST RUN States if possible.)
