RCK is the clk input of D flip-flop. The signal requirement is the same with the SRCK. There is no special pulse width requirement of RCK, because data will be transferred at the rising edge of the RCK. Customer can use a pulse width larger than 30ns same as the SRCK.
By the way, What do you mean the RCK set up time? What is customer's application?

I understood the width of RCK.

The set up time is from the time at the start to rise SRCK to the time at the start to rise RCK (set up time)and
from the time at the start to fall SRCK to the time at the start to fall RCK (hold time).
BD8379 (by rohm) has the specification ( for rising signal).

Dear Atsushi-san,

There is no special requirement about the set up time. Once the data is clocked into the register, then customer can rise the RCK edge. So it will be ok whenever the rising edge of the RCK is after the rising edge of the SRCK.
