I will use this device under strict condition.

I would like a data about theta-ja vs board size.

Could you give me a data?

*I am designing board that be 36um copper thick and 2 layer board.

I think that larger PCB size make less theta-ja.
Is there a graph about theta-ja vs PCB size?

Actually, there is an useful Thermal Calculator tool in TI's website, link here,

You could set the device power and ambient temperature, as well as the PCB size, currently there are some automotive device included in this tool, and TPS7B6701-Q1 is one.
