Hello,
Please answer following question from customer.
Q1:
Unit of Input offset voltage long-term drift specification on the datasheet is “uV/mo”.
Please advise meaning of “mo”.
Is this means month?
Q2:
Datasheet has following note.
NOTE 4: Typical values are based on the input offset voltage shift observed through 168 hours of operating life test at TA = 150 ° C extrapolated to TA = 25 ° C using the Arrhenius equation and assuming an activation energy of 0.96 eV.
-Dis device leave in TA=150 ° C with biased or non-biased?
-I calculate acceleration coefficient of above NOTE and it is 62,533 so 168h is equivalent with 10,508,908h.
Please advise how to calculate 0.006uV/mo from above equivalent time and measured offset change.
Best Regards.
