Is there an internal cutoff temperature in the TPS40200HD buck controller?
Some of the HT DC-DC datasheets mention that the usual over-temperature protection is disabled in the HT version of the part; for the TPS40200-HT I am not seeing any such warning and I would like to know which versions of the TPS40200-HT do have over-temperature shutdown enabled.
