SM320F28335-EP: Mil Std. Linear regulator

I am looking for a recommendation of Linear regulator to use with this controller. My supply voltage is 5Vdc.

I prefer a regulator with dual output of 3.3V and 1.8V but will use two, assuming I have enough real estate on the board.

My application is Full military.

Hello Uriel,

I would recommend taking a look at the TPS767D301-EP part. It is a dual-output low-dropout linear regulator with a 3.3V rail and configurable second rail (1.8V is an option). It is used in the TMS320F2808 reference design (which is a similar part).

You also may find the application note, Hardware Design Guidelines for TMS320F28xx and TMS320F28xxx DSCs helpful to your design.
