Part Number: DS90C032

Hi,

Please let me know the difference of DS90C032 and DS90C032B. And also please let me know which is recommended device for new design.

    Hello Satoshi,

    Your question came into the High Reliability Forum.   Are you interested in a space or mil grade part or a commercial grade part.

    As far as the commercial verstion goes, the "B" version has a high Z state when there is no supply voltage.   That means, with no supply voltage, the inputs of the receiver are high impendance.  The non "B" version does not have a high Z state.

    As for the mil and space versions of the part, covered by datasheet DS90C032QML, they also have the high Z state.
