This issue was previously mentioned in the thread linked bellow, however, it was not solved. So, I'm making this new thread.

The issue is that we get the following error whenever we try to capture data by clicking the capture button at HSDC Pro:
Here is the process that I followed according to the user manual of AFE5809EVM (slou338a):
1. Installed AFE5809EVM GUI and HSDC Pro (V4.40). The device drivers are already installed with the software.
2. Provide the +-5v power and ground to AFE5809EVM.
3. Provide the +5v and ground to TSW1400EVM (This power is provided from JP6 pin of our AFE5809EVM board as shown in figure below).
3. Run AFE5809EVM GUI and move to the tab titled "ACD Output". I can see the message "Ready for new command" on the bottom of the GUI.
4. Run HSDC Pro, select AFE5808_09_14b firmware -> download firmware to FPGA completed.
5. After download finished, the 6 LEDs on our TSW1400EVM turn on while two LEDs stay off (User LED 4 and 5 (D6 and D7)).
6. Then I click on capture on left up of the HSDC Pro and I get the following error after about 10 seconds of waiting.
Any suggestions on how to fix this error?
