AFE4300: impedance measurement through left and right hand

Hi,

My customer is tying to measure the body composition using AFE4300 through left and right hand.

Left hand is touched on electrode of VSENSEP and IOUTP, right hand is touched on electrode of VSENSEM and IOUTM.

Is it right measurement method?

If not, how can we measure through left and right hand? What is a right measurement method?

Please let us know that.
