    Hi John,

    I'm not sure if we have anything for the diode rectifier (DDB6U75N16W1R). One of the power groups may have a recommendation.

    For the PSS15S92F6-AG, the closest solution in the Motor Drives products would be one of our brushless DC gate drivers. However, there may be issues with trying to use those devices up to 600 V. We would need to consider your requirements in greater detail to see if our devices could fit this application. For voltages this high, maybe one of our UCC products could help here. I recommend contacting that product line also.
