my customer has discovered that the VDDIO and VDDA3V3 voltage ramp up duration is faster than the specified minimum.
Their measurement yielded 215µs, but the specification calls for a minimum of 500µs.
They are concerned about the current signal ramp up time. Can you confirm if it is acceptable or if changes should be made?
It is important to note that the PHY is currently functioning properly. They were able to successfully initiate a ping test.

0.5ms is minimum voltage ramp duration is required. It may trigger the ESD protection event if the time duration is less than 0.5ms which may result in a consumption of large current from the device.
I would still recommend to follow the specs in the datasheet. As customer is not seeing any issues it should be okay, but we do not know how this might effect at different temperatures or over long duration.
