TAS5825M: About PPC3 questions

Hello,

Our customer used PPC3 software and he clicked the "recover factory setting", and then the TAS5825M and I2C.tab disappeared. He tried to reinstall with other PCs, but  it couldn't resolve this. So I'd like to check if PPC3 could be recovered factory setting.

    PPC3 is currently having an issue with new application installs, please see below the known issues: 

    Things which will not work:
    1.       Installing a new app from MSS
    2.       Using an installed app after signing in
    3.       Updating an already installed app to latest version in MSS
    4.       Updating the PPC3 Framework

    Without signing in, users can work with the already installed apps. As you can see, the customer is experiencing the majority of the issues. 

    This is temporary, and our highest priority to have it resolved soon. 

    I have asked our PPC3 team for a standalone TAS5825M application to be able to support the customer needs. 
    I will link it here once I have access to it.

    Please find a standalone PPC3 TAS5825M application in this link

    I recommend when downloading to do it in a different directory so it does not overwrite your current PPC3. 

    Again, this is a temporary solution until the bigger issue is resolved.

    I'd like to confirm if the PPC3's problem has beed resolved, because out customer used the PPC3 yesterday and met the same question, he didn't find any APPs .

    So I am not sure where is the issue.

    Yes as of this morning the PPC3 issue has been resolved. 

    When the customer logs in they should have access to the PPC3 applications.

    Sorry to interrupt you again.

    But out customer used the PPC3 and logged in , there is still no APPS appears. His PPC3 version is V3.15.

    So could you please help to check it ? Thank you very much。

    PPC3 works on my side after I log in, so the original issue is resolved. 

    Additionally can you please provide the account email so I may check if they have access?
