Is there an alternate component to the AFE4300 that does Body Composition (i.e. current injection, measures voltage across a load to get impedance) that is lower power and in a small footprint? I'm not interested in the weight-scale application and would just be looking at a device for Body Composition or, alternatively, complex impedance measurement using the current driver, voltage measurement, and the ADC.
