Please tell me about the linearity characteristics of DAC3xJ84.
1. As the input level to the DAC decreases, the linear characteristic deteriorates at a level lower than -60dBFS. Is this performance within the assumption as a device?
2. If it is normal, why is it due to the INL and DNL characteristics of the device?
3. If the above "2." is correct, please refer to the data sheet DNL=±4LSB, INL=±6LSB, When expressing as the linearity error (dB) of the analog output, I would like to teach you how to convert it.

Just to clarify, are you referring to the spur performance of the DAC as the power of the fundamental decreases? A -1dBFS signal uses most of the available codes (2^16), and has good linearity. When the signal is small, only a small amount of codes are used, and this causes linearity to degrade. Please see the below graphic from the datasheet. Notice that the smaller signal (-12dBFS) has worse performance.
This performance degradation is not driven by INL and DNL error, but happens since only a portion of the available codes are being used.
