ADS7951: Input capacitance or input leakage current of these pins

Part Number: ADS7951

My customer is driving the ADS7951 through its SPI . He is looking through the datasheet and we cannot see the input capacitance or input leakage current of these pins. Would it be possible to supply this information. Thanks.

Hi Naser

We do not have information available on digital pins leakage current and input capacitance for this device family.

Generally for most of our ADCs with similar interface , leakage current on digital pins will be in range of few tens of nA and capacitance of <10pF.

I’m afraid this doesn’t help.

I really need the maximum levels for both parameters to be able to characterize my design.

Input leakage current should be about 10nA (Typical) perhaps 100 nA (Max).
Input capacitance should be about 5pF (Max).
