We are planning to use AIC3110 in our design.

Are there any sample WinCE Drivers for this Codec? If available how can I get them?

I'm sorry but TI does not have WinCE drivers for this codec. There are Linux ALSA drivers that may have code that could be useful for the codec specific configuration when writing a WinCE driver at: https://gitorious.org/ti-codecs/pages/Home
