Missing dimensions for RHB package for TLV320AIC3104

Does anyone know where the "separate sheet" is that details the dimensions the thermal pad on the RHB package used on this part? Every drawing of the RHB package I come up with on the TI web side has the same lame message about seeing a separate (unnamed) sheet for the dimensions of the thermal pad. Not very helpful when trying to create a footprint for this thing...

It does look like the dimensions are included on page 95 of the datasheet.

Dunno Mike, that's not how I read that drawing. The 3.5mm dimensions are the length of the pin arrays, don't think that has anything to do with the thermal pad. Usually details of the thermal pad include recommended footprint dimensions of the copper and the shapes for the solder paste, along with some 0.3mm drill holes for thermal conductivity. Plus it specifically says size and shape of the pad are shown on a separate sheet, but said sheet appears nowhere to be found.
