I2S bit length on PCM1974a

Let me know if I missing something in how I2S works, but looking at the PCM1974a datasheet at audio data formats (page 17) it does not specify the length of the I2S packets.  Can you please shed some light on this?

Here is a little background information.  I'm looking at interfacing the WM8804 digital audio interface ic with TI's PCM1794a DAC and they seem to be incompatible with 24-bit audio.  More specifically, the WM8804 (planning on H/W configuration) allows 24-bit I2S and 24-bit left justified while the TI DAC has 24-bit standard (which appears to be right justified) and several other formats without a seen bit length.  Below is table 2 from page 17 of TI's datasheet.  I almost forgot, I'm interested in stereo.  I don't want to have two DACs on the board.

So what are the data lengths for the I2S and left-justified formats as seen on the table below?
