Hi TI team ;

We are medical manifacturer ; most of our product depends on TI products . Untill now we are satisfied with TI support .

We have new Project about SPO2 ; we would like to use AFE4490 . we asked the health team to send us the code to check the calculations of spo2 , they refused because we use other trade MCU ; then we told them that we could move to use M4 mcu from TI ; then they refused !

What is the idea from that ? I can now put an request full of lies and I get the software !

Could you please help me to get the SW ?

    Hello Hector,

    We are checking into why you were denied.  There are a number of reasons why it could have happened.  Not all firmware/software is freely distributed.

    As a disclaimer, HealthHub SP02 is a proof of concept demo only.  The firmware does not possess IP that you can use to take your product to market.
