ads1131ref does not work any longer

ads1131ref does not work. I applied 9VDC to the board a couple of weeks ago, and I saw info on the screen. I set it aside while I waited for the load cells to arrive from China, and today I connected it, and there is no activity. The board seems to have died?!?!

    Hi Patrick,

    Welcome to the forum!  I apologize for the late response. Make sure that the switch SW9 in the upper right side of the board is in the JTAG position. If the switch is in the USB position the display will be blank.  What is often confusing is this switch is for programming the MSP430 only and has nothing to do with data collection on the USB port.

    If this is correct and you still see problems, you may want to double check and make sure that the battery voltage is greater than 5V when connected.
