I can see that Rbias in ADC12J4000EVM BOM is R13: RES, 3.30k ohm, 0.1%, 0.1W, 0603

Is 1/10W necessary or a 0402 1/16W could fit?

Hello

The actual Rbias resistor power dissipation is quite low at less than 1mW. Therefore it is fine to use a 1/16W resistor. The main requirement is to use a 0.1% accuracy component.
