mix-signal ic damage

Hello,everyone! In TI technology documents ,I found a pdf that about the grounded technology. In the document ,there is a sentence that mix-signal IC can damage if the voltage between agnd and dgnd exceed 0.3V ! Is anyone can tell me the reason?

Thank you for your reply, it is very happy to see that! the pdf that you tell me,I already read before.The only one thing makes me confused that the voltage exceed 0.3V can damage the mix -singnal IC( between the agnd and dgnd ) .Why not 0.4V ,0.8V or any other??

That decides by mix-signal IC internal circuits?or something?
