Nir,

We did some measurements of the NCO output given an input clock phase noise for the DAC38J84. Please refer to this document

It gives the relationship of the input phase noise to output phase noise, and also the additive/intrinsic noise from the DAC itself.

Is there a specific sampling rate and output IF frequency?

The sampling rate is 2000MHz, IF freq is 600MHz

The closest data I have is 625MHz at 2500Msps external clock (SMA100)

SMA100: 2500Msps clock phase noise

DAC38J84 output tone at 625MHz

If you have more IF frequencies with the same clock please post so I could calculate the residual phase noise

I found this as well which plotted the estimated intrinsic/residual phase noise contribution from the DAC.
