DAC38J84EVM: How to realize up conversion with NCO and achieve 1GHz bandwidth.

Part Number: DAC38J84EVM

Hello, I want to realize up-conversion  at 250MHz and 350MHz using DAC38J84EVM  with NCO. The following screenshots is my configuration parameters in DAC3XJ8X GUI v1.1 and TSW14J56EVM. After click the "Updata NCO settings", the actual NCO setting become "FFFFFFFFF" and there is no output. I wonder what is the problem and what is the procedure for up coversion with the GUIs. Besides, how can DAC38J84EVM can achieve  1GHz of bandwidth ? Thank you.

    User,

    The last batch of EVM's that went out were accidently programmed with the wrong firmware in the CPLD. This firmware allows writes but no reads. If you have knowledge of programming CPLD's, I can send you the correct .pof file. If not, we can ship you a replacement board at no cost. Let me know what you would like to do.

    I don't know how to program CPLD.  I prefer a replacement board. What't the procedure of replacement? We are now using this board and can we send back the board after we get the replacement? By the way, we are in China, how long will it takes to ship us a replacement board?
