The minimal noise (in LSB) achievable?

Hi, TI team,

it is well-known from datasheet that the LDC1000 resolution for proximity data is 15 bits. But how much

of those bits are really reliable, what is the minimal possible noise of this IC in LSB units. Datasheet  shows in

figures 13 and 14, that this minimal noise can be about 0.2 mkm - how is it interpretable in LSBs?

And next: what are the rules for getting the lowest possible noise?

Best wishes,
