Hi,

I've been using the ADS1292R. I try to get the respiration and the ECG at the same time through same electrode.

I know that there is a modulation and demodulation to get the respiration signal. So i think i will see only the impedance change between the 2 electrodes. However, i do see ECG artifact inside the respiration signal.

To make sure that there is not a problem of the change impedance because of blood circulation, i do inject a 5hz signal to the electrode for respiration signal. The 5Hz passes through.

I would like to know why there is the ECG artifact because i didn't see in the datasheet or user guide about the ecg artifact on the respiration signal.
