Hello,

My customer have some questions about ADC102S021.

[Q1]

Please tell me how to connect the unused analog inputs (IN1/IN2).

[Q2]

If the unused analog input is open, is it proper that how output the result of ADC ?

Is it undefined ? or Does a fixed level output ?

They tested it.

The result was 700(dec) when the unused analog input was open.

And added about 10pF, then the result was less than 10.

Is it proper ?

Hello,

Q1: You can connect the unused inputs to ground.

Q2: The result will be undefined if the input is unconnected. It will depend on the amount of charge on the internal capacitors and the leakage of the ESD diodes.
