ADS7263 Half clock mode operation

Hello,

We are using the ADS7263 in half clock mode with clock frequencies of 20 MHz, which is the upper limit for half clock mode. Because our oscillator has a tolerance of 100ppm, will the ADC operate correctly at 20.002MHz over the temperature range of the device ( -40C to 125C)?

If not, any other devices that are a better fit for these conditions?

Hi Fernando,

As long as the duty cycle limits are respected, +/- 2kHz clock is fine. Please send me a note with more details about your application.

Tom,
Thanks for the response. We are using two of the ADS7263 devices in a flight control unit. We are using four channels on one and three channels on the other in pseudo-differential mode. Clock speed, mode, and temp range are as stated in the original post.
