Is it possible to use alarms in manual mode ?

I am using ads79xx family.

    Which ADS79XX devices are you looking at? 

    For instance, with the ADS7924, yes it is possible:  Write your upper and lower limit codes (UL and LL) to registers 0x0A through 0x11, then set register 0x12 to configure the INT pin to react to the alarm condition. 

    Not all ADS79xx devices have this feature.

    Is it also supported with this chip  (alarms in manual mode) ?

    Hi Ran,

    The ALARM functionality depends on the device package you are using. It is supported in ADS7961. Depending on the device package (TSSOP or QFN) the functionality changes. Please refer to Table 11 on Page 40 of the data sheet. Here's a snapshot for quick reference
