Errors during installation - zip file

After updating CCS V5.3.0.00090I've got the following message.

There were erros during the installation. Please zip up the contents of c:/Program Files (x86)/InstallJammerRegistry/ccsv5/60556FE5-C1A1-4061-8DF8-FFB8393BAE2D and upload them to the forum at http://http://e2e.ti.com/support/development_tools/code_composer_studio/f/81/p/addpost.aspx.

We would be happy to telp resolve your issues.

    It looks like the update was unable to download the update manifest. Could you check for these files in the c:\ti\ccsv5\eclipse\downloads folder:

    ccs_manifest.xml.bk

    ccs_update_5.5.0.00088.exe.bk

    If you have both files present:

    • exit ccstudio or eclipse
    • remove the .bk extension for both files.
    • restart ccstudio

    If they aren't present, we will need to either reinstall (CCS 6 should be releasing soon), or if you need the update, I can walk you through some steps that will re-enable the update for you.
