Hi Lisa,

I'm using licensed version of CCS5 bus i'm also getting the error message as :

Examples of restricted connections includes:

XDS510 and XDS560 emulators:

-all MSP430 connections.

Please help what changes are required.

    Hi Uma,

    first of all it is always the best to start a new thread.  I have done this for you this time and you are lucky this got caught.

    Regarding your issue ... what version of ccs are you using?  Do you mean you have a purchased license?  (What type).  

    Please check in Help->Code Composer Licensing information and see what license type you are using.  If you need to change it, the upgrade tab has a button to launch the license setup.
