CCS6 Debug initialization script

In CCS 6.0.0.00190, I am trying to configure a new .gel file in 'Run - Debug Configurations'. Regardless of which .gel file I specify for 'Initialization Script', CCS always uses:

\TI\ccsv6\ccs_base\emulation\boards\beaglebone\gel\beagleboneblack.gel

How do I get CCS to stop using the default .gel and use the one I specify?

It is in the target configuration file that you wish to specify the gel file to use.
