Hi, my program always encounters an "s/w breakpoint" while running in debug mode. What kind of breakpoint is it? How to avoid it? Owen

    Hi Owen,

    would you be able to describe your problem in detail so that we can help?  

    - what ccs version, OS and target do you use

    - what exactly are you experiencing?  screenshot?  What do you mean you're encountering a sw breakpoint?  Have you checked your breakpoints view?  

    - have you set any breakpoints?

    CCS does automatically set certain breakpoints ... eg this is how your debug session normally will come up halted at main.   Also note, various devices have various limits on hardware breakpoints.
