Hi,

I am using CC3200 launchpad board and following the youtube video to test wifi project

but unfortunately the target configuration step is giving some error. please see attachment for error details

can you please suggest how can i fix the issue

    Hi Nitin,

    At CCS do you have any workspace that already have the CC3200 target configuration set and this error occurred at a new workspace where you are also setting the CC3200 target configuration? I ask this because I encountered an error before doing the same.

    What Windows Version are you using?

    I just have one workspace which I created while following the video. I am using windows 7 home premium service pack 1.

    Hi Nitin,

    I followed the same steps at my Windows 7 PC, and I did not get the error your getting.

    Maybe, the CC3200 Configuration file is corrupted for whatever reasons. So, Install a fresh copy of CC3200 SDK and try again. If this does not work I am out of ideas.

    Alternatively post your problem at the forum for CC3200 to get more expert advice.

    Hi Nitin - Can you attach your CC3200.ccxml file to this thread?

    Also please provide the exact CCSv6 version you are using.

    Nitin,

    I took a look at the .ccxml pasted in your error.doc and it appears to be correct. It looks the same as mine (which I also imported from the CC3200 SDK directory) which I can use successfully with my CC3200 Launchpad. 

    Did you install all the CCS related components mentioned in the video? That is CCS 6.0.1, then the CC3200 Add-On from CCS App Center?
