Hosting TI FlexNet License Manager on Corporate VM Servers ?

One of our US sites recently purchased a set of floating network CCS6 licenses.

The site has access to both VM Linux & Windows servers that are managed by our Corporate IT organization, but no local physical servers of either OS.  The Corp IT org does not permit the installation of additional software (e.g., lmbind) on the Host OS of these VM servers.

If the site does not have access to a local physical server to host the TI FlexNet vendor daemon tidspssw (or a VM server that can access a valid lmbind process running on the Host OS), what options does the site have for hosting these new floating network CCS6 licenses (e.g., specifiying non-MAC address-based FlexNet HOSTIDs) ?

Thank you.
