CODE SIZE REDUCTION IN CCS

What is the best way to reduce code size ? Am using CCSv6 !! I tried all optimization levels but that didnt helped me much ? Is there any settings or something that can help me with reducing code size ?

Try different settings of the build option --opt_for_speed. If you are not building for a C6000 device, then use Optimizer Assistant. That's a feature built into CCS which makes it easy to experiment with --opt_for_speed settings. If you build for C6000, this description of --opt_for_speed could be useful.

I notice, from the other thread you link to, you use ARM compilers from both IAR and TI. My suggestion is relevant only to the TI compiler.

You might be able to adapt some of the techniques in this wiki article to find some of the functions which have the largest code size, and thus focus your time where it is most likely to have an impact.
