I simulate LMZ10501 by WEBENCH.

Tj is written in operating values, but it isn't written about having air or not.

Could you please let me know about having air or not?

Yokota-san,

I do not believe that the calculation assumes any forced air to cool the circuit. I will verify this and post a follow-up if this is not the case.

Hi Yokot-san,

Britt is correct. The Tj value calculated in the OpVal based on the package Theta JA without any air movement.
