is it possible to change capacitor or resistor values in Webench filter designer?

Does anyone know if or how I can change the value of a component such as the resistor or capacitor value to something other than the auto generated values the tool produces?  I would like to play around with slightly different values than what the tool chooses on it own.  Thanks.

    Aaron,

    You can change the resistors and capacitors (in a very limited range) from the Select Alternate Part button in the Edit Column of your design.

    The ranges are very limited because the tool is being used to create the filter with the characteristics that you have provided. Changes made outside the chosen ranges would mean that the filter did not meet the design targets (which is why you would be using the tool in the first place).

    The parts recommended are real parts from the WEBENCH® database and have the most commonly available values provided.

    If you need more flexibility, you can export your design to TINA-TI (Click on the Sim Export icon and choose TINA-TI and your simulation type) and change the values in the TINA-TI simulation or use the sweeping capability to sweep the values based on your needs.
