Cannot create Webench design with TPS40305

I was successfully creating Webench designs with the TPS40305 on 10/14/16, but as of 10/15/16 every time I try to create a design - even the standard schematic from the product page - I get the message "Design cannot be created with this device".  The error page indicates Iout/Isw, Calc DC, Calc Temp, and Calc Freq are all 0.  Is anyone else having this problem?
