I have a question about DAC102S085 IBIS Model.

Tempeature information is different between IBIS Model and datasheet.

Would you check which one is correct?

    Hi Jade,

    The device max recommended Tambient is 105C. The weak corner IBIS Tjunction is 125C. We use a higher Tj for the IBIS model to allow for die heating above Ta.

    In general, the difference is circuit performance and leakage between 105C and 125C is negligible.
