Customer want SPICE model for DS90LV001.

Is there development schedule for this model? 

If no schedule, is there development schedule for SPICE model similar to DS90LV001 device?

    No, we don't have spice development schedule for this model.

    When I check other similar parts, all of them have IBIS model only. This is probably for this particular part, IBIS model is deemed to be more useful than spice model.

    Isn't there internal SPICE model, too?

    Customer can't use IBIS model.
    Even without guarantees, if there any SPICE model, it survives in a very.

    As I was alluded, no we don't have internal spice model for this one. However, if you need one, please try bring this modeling need to your local TI sales representative. If you don't have a contact, please send an email to support@ti.com.
