this circuit is to measure voltage from individual series battery using voltage divider

It looks like a numeric issue. Lot of your switches have 0 resistance parameters. This can give infinite conductance in the simulation matrix which can give these numeric issues. There are 2 recommendations:
1. First preference is to change the 0 resistance values to something small like 1m or so. This is the preferable solution
2. Alternately, you can adjust the sim parameter Shunt Conductance from a default of 0 to 1u.
This should give you a more reasonable solution.
