Good Morning,

Is there an unencrypted version of the TPS26602 spice model available. I am performing my power system simulation in a 3rd party simulation tool (Mentor Graphics - System Vision), which is unable to use your encrypted models.

Yes we do have unencrypted models for this device, but it might need an NDA. Please check this post on how to request such models: e2e.ti.com/.../3122.importing-ti-s-spice-models-into-tools-other-than-pspice-and-tina-ti

I followed this route initially and sent a request via the support link in the link you posted.
I got a reply from my local FAE saying the only models available are those on the TI website for TINA-TI.....
That's why I have tried the forum...any suggestions?

Hi Nikhil,

Graeme was also suggesting to encrypt the file model using LTSpiceXVII or LTSpiceIV as that is the tool that he is using. It allows for the encryption of model files with no way to decrypt.

Is this possible ?

Graeme,

We do not have the tools or rights to do any model development/encryption in LTSpice.
I have pinged the support team again and asked them to get in touch with you ASAP regarding the unencrypted model.
