Hi, I ordered DLP 2000, 2010 last Monday(01/14) in Korea time. I got that last Friday and tested, but 2010EVM is not working. I followed "UserManual" and Turn ON the module with correct adaptor, but that's Power LED wasn't turn on and nothing. So I think this product is something wrong. Can you check this product? I called your Korea Agency but they only gave me the same answer like "We can do nothing, You should call or mail to our homepage." so I'm writing this Email. A conclusion is My 2010EVM is not working so I want to exchange or return it. If you have any other solution, please let me know and reply. Thank you for reading it. bye

It is very unfortunate that you are facing this issue.

Can you please let us know what power supply have you used for DLPDLPC2010 EVM. Have you followed the user guide to start up the EVM.

I'm so sorry. I'm waiting for my new adapter now. I will test again with new adapter and if I still have issue, I will message to you ASAP. Thank you for your answer.

I uploaded Zip file. Please see that and give me some solution. I used that adapter, As you can see that's good working with DLPDLCR2000EVM but 2010EVM is not working. Thank you for reading it.2010Error.zip

Old one is same thing but I ordered new one because you guys are doubt adapter

Hi Yeong,

Does the older adapter work well with the DLPDLCR2000EVM? If so, then you must have received a faulty 2010EVM.

In that case, please contact TI customer support (or the distributor from whom you purchased this EVM) for a replacement.

You can show this thread as proof if required.
